We want you to be satisfied with the shopping experience at PI PROJECT, that’s why we accept exchanges and returns. For this you have to consider the following:

• Returns and exchanges refer to all of the cases in which the client wants to replace the product with another one from the store.
• The established time for the return will be 15 calendar days after the date of the purchase.
• You can do this directly in our showroom showing the ticket or by writing an email at: online@piproject.co , with your full name, ID number, phone number, and the reason for the change or return. We will send you an email back with the instructions of the steps to follow.
• In case of the approval of the exchange or return you will need to send the jewel to the following address: Carrera 18 # 84-87, of. 206, Bogotá, in the next 15 calendar days after the email of approval date.
• The jewel must be in perfect condition, it must not be used, and it has to be in the same condition as you received it and with the original packaging.
• If these conditions are not met, we cannot make any change or return of the piece.
• The cost of the returning shipping is paid by the client unless it is a manufacturing guarantee return.
• Items on sale can only be Exchange by legal guarantee. These Items are not suitable for returns.
• Exchange can only be done for a value equal or greater than the original.
