About PI PROJECT jewels

The pieces are made of 925 sterling silver and 24 karats gold plated 925 sterling silver with cataphoretic lacquer to ensure durability on the plating finish.
We use 100% recycled Sterling Silver.
Geometric Color collection is beaded with Japanese glass from the Miyuki brand.
Every piece is handmade in our workshop in Bogotá, Colombia. That is why some of them might have some variations between the picture from piproject.co and the piece received.
Most of our pieces are unique and unrepeatable. Some colors may vary slightly from the picture presented.

PRODUCT CARE

Jewelry should be taken care regularly. We will give you some suggestions for them to always look like new:
Keep them in a hermetic container like the box or the little pouch it comes in. Do not keep more than one jewel in a container.
Do not wear them to the beach, swimming pool, or to work out.
If your 100% Sterling Silver pieces are too dirty, you can wash them with warm water, soap, and baking soda; brushing them with the tips of your fingers or a soft toothbrush, dry them with a clean towel and finish with a blow dryer in low heat.
If they are not too dirty, use a jewel cloth to clean them.
The collection Geometric Color is beaded with a Japanese glass from the Miyuki Brand. Some of the colors that we use may change with use.

All of the pieces have 30 calendar days guarantee for manufacturing defects from the day of the purchase and a 1-year guarantee for the gold plated finish.

We will contact you as fast as possible to inform you of the following steps.
It is important to consider that the damages on the pieces should not have been caused by accidents or misuse.
Reparation has no cost as long as the pieces have not been modified by a third party.
